Subscription :
We offer 3 plans in our monthly subscription basic , pro and business plans each have different value according to user requirements . User gets charged per month as he continue plan .Â
General :
You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Keep in mind:
- Unused designs won’t roll over to the next month.
- Additional Charges: If you exceed your plan’s design limit, extra designs will be billed as listed on the pricing page.
- Design Edits: Major design changes count as separate designs, but minor tweaks—like color or format changes—are covered within the original design.
- Discounts: Monthly subscriptions are eligible for discounts listed on the pricing page, though other discount codes can’t be applied. Special discounts from our support team are an exception.
- Subscription Hold: If there’s no work activity, your subscription may be paused after a certain period.
How to Submit a File and Receive Your Design
Once you’ve purchased a plan, simply send your image file to support@zdigitizing.com from your registered email. We’ll take it from there, and your completed design will be delivered to you promptly once ready.

Get a no-cost, no-obligation quote for any design before placing an order. - Quality Assurance Service :
As this is a custom service, minor spelling or design errors can occasionally occur. Be sure to review your design carefully before production and inform us of any corrections needed. We take full responsibility for errors on our end and will make revisions until you’re fully satisfied, free of charge. - Complimentary Design Edits:
Small adjustments, like changing file format or colors, are always free. Fees for larger edits will be determined by Zdigitizing based on the changes required. - Multiple Size Orders:
Designs for multiple sizes are created separately, so a fee applies for each additional size requested. - Payment Options:
Payments are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe. You can pay using PayPal or a debit/credit card. If you experience any issues, please reach out, and we’ll provide alternative payment options. - Price Updates:
We’ll notify you in advance if any pricing adjustments are made. - Complex Designs & Offer Terms:
Highly intricate designs or logos in multiple sizes may not be eligible for all custom offers, and some offers are limited to first-time orders. - Order Delivery:
After payment, you’ll receive your machine embroidery format, while the production worksheet is provided before payment. This worksheet offers a clear preview of your final design, including color patterns, stitch details, and overall dimensions. - Design Specifications:
Double-check all details when submitting your design. We aren’t responsible for errors in the information provided, so please ensure accuracy before submission. - Professional Digitizing Service:
Our skilled digitizers ensure each design is expertly digitized. Review your final product and let us know if it matches your order. For any discrepancies, reach out to us promptly. - Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally uncommon in this industry. However, we offer refunds for valid reasons, such as a clear design error in the stitch-out. Our team will work tirelessly to ensure your complete satisfaction. - Fast Turnaround Options:
Standard delivery is within 24 hours, with urgent delivery available within 1–4 hours after payment confirmation.
