Refund Policy: Unlike many companies that don’t offer refunds for digital products, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer refunds for valid reasons. Your payment is eligible for a refund if:
- The last payment was made within the previous seven days.
- You haven’t received any custom designs in the last week.
Additionally:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds apply only to the most recent billing cycle, and partial refunds are not available.
- Custom design revisions do not qualify for refunds unless they do not meet the agreed specifications.
